Landmark East

Located at the heart of Kowloon East in Hong Kong, Landmark East is a landmark Grade A office complex offering over 1.3 million square feet of office space. Landmark East is expected to continue to benefit from the government’s plan to develop Kowloon East into a new central business district.

The property consists of twin towers, namely AIA Kowloon Tower and AXA Tower, with 36 and 34 respective floors of office space rising from a 35,000 square feet landscaped garden. In response to increasing demand for energy-efficient offices, Landmark East employs a number of intelligent features designed to optimize energy efficiency.

Award-winning US architect firm Arquitectonica was the design architect for the Landmark East project.

With the Group’s dedicated and quality property management and commitment to environmental protection, the property achieved the EnergyWise Label and WasteWise Label "Class of Excellence" by Hong Kong Productivity Council since 2009; the Quality Water Recognition Scheme for Buildings by Water Supplies Department in 2010; and Indoor Air Quality "Excellent Class" by Environmental Protection Department in 2012.
