  • Liaise with sales agencies for sales activities

  • Day-to-day contact with property agencies for market information

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Surveying or related discipline

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in sales of residential properties with property developer or marketing / advertising agency / PR agency / event agency experience

  • China experience preferred

  •  
  • Creative, proactive and independent with excellent communications skills

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER


The incumbent will provide centralized support and control on HR services to our hospitality management business in China and South East Asia.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform as a strategic business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to each property in the region

  •  
  • Liaise with senior executives and local HR on full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, organization structuring, compensation and benefits, performance management etc.

  •  
  • Develop and implement manpower reports for effective recruitment and development

  •  
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures

  •  
  • Perform ad hoc HR duties as and when required

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in human resources management or relevant discipline

  •  
  • Minimum 10 years' solid human resources experience in sizable or multinational companies. Hospitality industry will be a definite advantage

  •  
  • Sound knowledge of labour ordinances in HK and PRC. Exposure to expatriate administration such as tax equalization will be an advantage.

  •  
  • Well-organised, self-motivated and initiative

  •  
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

  •  
  • Experience in regional HR role is preferable

  • Occasion travel to Mainland China and South East Asia is required

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER


The incumbent will provide centralized support and control on IT services to our hospitality management business in China and South East Asia.


Responsibilities:

  • Report to senior management on the IT plans, projects and performance of specific systems

  •  
  • Supervise the resources and activities of IT function

  •  
  • Coordinate IT services among IT team and between other user departments. Consolidate the business and user requirement for system upgrade to cope with future business expansion

  •  
  • Manage the information systems and IT Infra-structure (e.g. mailing systems, file and print sharing systems, user workstations, etc.) for the Hong Kong and PRC office.

  •  
  • Responsible for data maintenance and function of Property Management System and Finance system.

  •  
  • Responsible for smooth running of the operating systems, email system and company web site. Manage the safety, firewall and backup systems

  •  
  • Formulate and implement the IT policies and procedures

  •  
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendor(s)

 Requirements:

  • University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

  •  
  • Over 10 years working experience in IT areas with 4 years’ experience in handling projects

  •  
  • Experience in managing both Hong Kong and PRC of IT teams with more than 200 users

  •  
  • Experience in handling Windows Server, Exchange & MS-SQL servers, router, WAN link and VPN

  •  
  • MCSE and/or CCNA holder is an advantage

  •  
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills

  •  
  • Good Command of English & Chinese and knowledge of Putonghua

  •  
  • Knowledge of Hospitality related systems will be a definite advantage

  •  
  • Occasional travel to PRC or South East Asian countries

PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Identify project milestones and prepare workable project program

  •  
  • Work with the Planning & Design/ Finance Teams to prepare the project budget and cost plans

  •  
  • Timely advise on possible need for change of approved design and direct consultants to issue variation instructions according to agreed design solutions

  •  
  • Closely monitor and control the costs to ensure the project is executed within budget and make justifiable recommendations for over-budget spending

  •  
  • Drive for effective teamwork amongst the project consultants and contractors particularly in resolving problems and conflicts to ensure timely and orderly of project works

  •  
  • Manage project execution and to ensure the project achieves the design and quality standard as planned

  •  
  • Supervise performance of site team through regular meetings, on–site inspections etc. to review progress and standard of workmanship

 Requirements:

  • Recognized university degree in architecture, surveying, engineering, construction management, building service engineering or equivalent

  •  
  • Member of HKIA, HKIS, HKIE, MCIOB or equivalent

  •  
  • Minimum 10 years of project experience in construction and/or property development

PROPERTY OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day property management of our premier residential properties

  •  
  • Identify areas that require preventive or remedial actions in respect of cleaning, repair, security and landscaping

  •  
  • Liaise with relevant parties and monitor the progress of follow up actions

  •  
  • Attend Management/Owners Committee meetings

  •  
  • Deal with residents' requests and complaints and maintain a good resident relationship

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in property management or related discipline

  •  
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experiences in high-end residential property management (please specify the properties you have managed in the CV)

  •  
  • Conversant with site practice, current regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong

  •  
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  •  
  • Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills
